SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. We may be able to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. If you need expedited shipping please email us at hello@puffiekids.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Right now, we only ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. We plan to expand the world of Puffie in time to come. Feel free to reach out to us if you live outside of those countries, we might be able to make special arrangements.

 

PROCESSING - DELIVERY

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on holidays. All orders placed on weekends or on a holiday, will be processed the following business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

DEFECTS - EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing a part so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Due to safety liabilities, any used product cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges are only valid for incorrect or defective items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please email hello@puffiekids.com with your exchange request within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. Include the order number, reason for exchange and proof of purchase. Those who received the product secondhand are not eligible.

Please allow for 5-7 business days for the exchange to be processed. If your exchange is accepted, we will send an exchange confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items returned to us without approval for exchange will not be accepted. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Any exchange request after 14 days of the order being delivered will not qualify for exchange.

Sale items and final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
